- Responsible for the overall warehouse building, facilities and equipment maintenance
- Follow up with the financial control and regional operation team on the required material purchasing
- Develop spare part identification and maintain stock levels
- Analysis and provide feedback on equipment performance and availability
- Manage day to day issues on equipment with the operations teams, defining and organizing Priorities with Operation
- Responsible for building housekeeping to keep the site within 5S standards
**Requirements**:
- Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Controls & Instrumentation or relevant disciplines preferred
- Extensive facility management experience in a fast-paced industrial, logistics, production or manufacturing environment would be a plus
- Experience in HVAC installation, Sprinkler, general building equipment
- Experience managing subcontractor to ensure quality of work
- Strong analytical, leadership and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office is a must, CMMS, AUTOCAD are a plus
- Ability to work under pressure in a cross functional organization with mínimal supervision
- Ability to read technical drawings and manuals
