- Undertake risk assessment including incident investigation, corrective action and audit as well as to ensure a focus on improving the safety culture of the company
- Align, build and maintain safety standard operating procedures.
- Develop awareness of policies through regular driver and sorting hub member training
- Ensure compliance to policies through regular site safety walk through with site team leads
- Establish incident reporting system and ensure compliance
- Continuously build and improve the company's safety culture through campaigns, safety training, awareness programs, structured toolbox agenda, induction programs and other safety related initiatives
- Liaise closely with site operations staff and project manager on all safety and health issues

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience as safety officer
- Experience working within warehousing and logistics environment would be a plus
- MOM registered Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WSHO)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with Google Suite
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Good stakeholder management skills who is able to work with different departments and functions
- Able to work in the East of Singapore and willing to travel across different sites when required
- Able to work independently and contribute as a team player as well
