Position Summary
- The Online Product Marketing Manager for Digital Appliances will undertake the responsibility to accelerate DA Online business to capitalize on the post-Covid consumer purchase behavior in our region. Specifically, he/she will play a pivotal bridging role with the regional Digital Appliances (DA) team and local subsidiaries to:
Role and Responsibilities
DA Online Sales & Profits Management
- Track & Monitor DA Online Sales and Profits performance
- Identify gaps & work with Subs on countermeasures.
- Ensure potential risks to Sales achievement are mitigated.
DA Online Product Assortment Management
- Work with subs’ relevant stakeholders (CE/DA Online, PM & Sales teams) to ensure Right SKUs to Right Channel.
- Understand Online Channel profiles and create Channel/Product segmentation matrix.
- Align with SEAO PMs to ensure regional Product strategy is applied across Online channels.
- Ensure subs’ PDP contents are accurate and up to date.
DA Online Promotional Management
- Work with SEAO Online teams to execute Regional Online campaigns across subs. (Eg 10.10 campaign, Super Brand Day)
- Ensure Product / Promotional offerings are in line with regional Strategy.
- To support SEAO Online team with Marketing assets development.
- Ensure subs plan & deliver relevant programs that will heighten the appeal of DA products/services to key stakeholders.
- Perform competitive analysis of current offerings, using internal and external secondary, as well as hands-on primary research.
DA Online Business Analysis
- Perform Data Analysis & monitor Business performance using internal systems sources. (GSCM, PAT, Financial files)
- Monitor & track Market Share performance.
- Use of GFK data source to measure & track MS performance of REF, WM and its segments
- Perform detailed analysis of MS gaps and work with subs for corrective actions.
Skills and Qualifications
- Degree in Business or equivalent with at least 8 years of e-Commerce experience.
- Strong Online Product Planning / Management / Marketing capability in a fast paced electronics industry preferred
- Independent, self-motivated & possess strong interpersonal skills
