HoYoverse is actively engaged in globalization, with offices in Singapore, Montreal, Los Angeles, Tokyo, Seoul, and other areas.
**What you will do**:
2. Undertake marketing best practices on CRM channels. Analyze cross-channel players' behavior and user profiles to optimize campaign targeting. Support stakeholders' marketing strategies when needed.
3. Follow lead management best practices, and be responsible for the total subscriber maintenance. Cooperate with the data compliance team to follow data privacy norms.
4. Stay updated with the latest CRM practices, especially content strategies, template innovations, and data tracking. Dedicate to expanding the accurate coverage of personalized content in all projects.
**What you will need**:
1. At least 3 years of working experience in CRM with large SAAS.
2. Familiar with user journey design, and have independently followed up implementation of user journeys.
3. Have a good knowledge of industry benchmarks and best practices, and knows lead management. High data sensitivity, a strong sense of responsibility, and capable of multitasking.
4. Fluent in English, passionate about the game industry, and familiar with overseas game markets. Having a keen eye for visually good aesthetic design will be a plus.
5. A bachelor degree or above, major in marketing or international business is preferred.
