**JOB DESCRIPTION**
**Experienced Hires Talent Acquisition**
- Support Head of Talent Acquisition to plan, develop, and implement an effective Talent Acquisition strategy for their respective talent segments. This includes co-building a strong Employer Brand targeted to critical roles and talents and implement recruiting “best practices” to streamline and standardize processes in hiring talents.
- Develop talent pipeline programs to support business needs and succession planning.
- Ensure the talent processes are implemented, communicated, and integrated across the business units.
- Develop recruiting metrics that drive optimal talent performance by providing an accurate and informative recruitment dashboard on recruiting effectiveness (channel mix, cost of hire, quality of hire, etc.) for the business function or segments.
- Continuously evaluate effective talent acquisition process yielding the best talent pipeline and efficient selection process to match current and future talent needs.
- Establish strong collaborative partnerships with the business leaders as the single point of contact in providing consistent support on strategic talent decisions and feedback resolutions.
- Develop relationships with third-party recruitment agencies and external vendors and manage the procurement as well as the external vendors’ performance and service delivery.
- Monitor critical market trends in hiring practices and ensure our strategy is in line with the labor market through proactive talent mapping to understand the construct of external talent on role mix, compensation levels
- Understand the diversity and inclusion goals of the organization and develop a talent acquisition roadmap to meet those goals. Improve on Diversity Hiring percentage by embedding inclusive hiring practices into Talent Acquisition Team’s day-to-day activities.
- Management of talent development programs such as mentorship program'
**Early career Talent Acquisition**
- Champion full spectrum early career from sourcing, recruiting and engagement for interns and management associates
- Management of pipeline programs by establishing and maintaining strong relations with institutes of higher learning, in Singapore and overseas growth markets
- Plan, organize and attend campus and virtual career fairs/recruitment drives to increase Keppel’s Employer Brand awareness with the undergraduates
**Job Requirements**
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
- Institute for Human Resource Professionals (IHRP) certification or equivalent certification would be preferred
- Minimum 8 years of working experience in end-to-end talent acquisition management
- Good knowledge of HR Operations and related paperwork, and good understanding of manpower regulations and statutory requirements
- Highly proficient in recruitment strategies and social media, with strong understanding of the talent needs and competencies of various roles and functions, coupled with strong market awareness
- Strong communication, influencing, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Team player, results-driven and proactive
- Experience with Workday Recruiting would be advantageous
**Salary**: $7,000.00 - $10,000.00 per month
