Kacific is expanding and we are looking for a **B2B Senior Marketing Manager** to support our sales and marketing team.

**The Role**

We are looking for a passionate and compassionate storyteller and communicator who believes in making the world a better place by connecting the unserved and underserved.

**Key Responsibilities**

The **B2B Senior Marketing Manager** will play a key role in the development and implementation of regional marketing strategies and initiatives to drive awareness and acquisition for Kacific and our regional partners in Asia Pacific.

Key initiatives include the development of ATL & BTL campaigns, management of internal and external communications and events. Development of digital channels, public relation initiative and more are other key areas.

The role will be based in Singapore, and reports to the Marketing Director.

He or she will be involved in:
**Business (B2B and (B2B2C) Marketing**
- Planning, developing and implementing the B2B and B2B2C marketing strategy to deliver the commercial objectives, reaching new and existing customers
- Analysing and implementing marketing activities with Kacific partners (e.g. Internet service providers) in Asia Pacific and New Zealand and sales team across APAC to drive brand awareness, audience growth, and demand generation for Kacific and Kacific partners
- Working with the Product Development team to launch and price new products to our markets and train Kacific sales teams and business partners on knowledge of Kacific services and products
- Identifying, managing and participating in relevant conferences and events to showcase Kacific capabilities to prospects, customers and partners
- Being the brand ambassador for Kacific, ensuring brand visibility and consistency in every partner and business market & channel

**Creative & Digital Marketing**
- Collaborating with marketing stakeholders (Kacific and partners) to provide input and direction to ensure business market strategies, campaign approaches, creative direction and impact measurement exceed business goals and performance
- Supporting and providing direction to ensure partner’s customer-facing websites, digital platforms, and marketing materials through Kacific’s creative agencies where required align to brand, market strategy and business goals
- Participating in Kacific website maintenance, structure development and search engine optimization (SEO) to ensure all incoming leads are targeted by getting high-ranking placements in search results

**Requirements**:

- 5 years and above of B2B and/or B2C marketing experience. Telecoms, ISP or technology-related companies and industries driving brand and product awareness and sales growth is a plus
- Demonstrated experience developing and executing online and offline market strategies and analysis to drive education, adoption, and revenue growth of complex technical products
- Experience planning and managing online and offline marketing events with partners, distributors, and industry conferences/events
- Demonstrated experience managing marketing budgets
- Skilled relationship builder with strong project and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent verbal and written English skills
- Event management experience is a plus
