We are seeking a strategic and commercially minded **B2B Marketing Manager**to take the lead in aligning marketing efforts with revenue objectives. This role will serve as the key link between marketing and sales, to drive pipeline growth across GFTN’s core commercial offerings - including our membership programme and forum sponsorship products.

You will be responsible for translating business goals into targeted marketing strategies and ensuring marketing-generated leads are progressing through the funnel with clear measurement and ownership. This role is ideal for someone who combines B2B marketing expertise with business acumen and thrives on driving commercial outcomes through cross-functional collaboration.

**Responsibilities**:
**B2B Marketing & Pipeline Growth**
- Work closely with the sales team to understand commercial priorities, target accounts, and key segments across forums and memberships.
- Build and execute integrated campaign strategies to drive qualified leads, nurture prospects, and support deal acceleration.
- Partner with marketing specialists (marketing ops, performance, operations, and content) to ensure campaigns, CRM segmentation, automation workflows, and messaging are aligned to drive full-funnel engagement, lead progression, and conversion.

**Product & Content**
- Lead key go-to-market initiatives and product marketing campaigns end-to-end - from planning and launch through to analysis and optimisation.
- Work closely with product owners to understand offering features, audience pain points, and differentiators, and translate these into compelling go-to-market messaging.
- Ensure content and messaging are tailored to buyer personas and stages of the funnel.

**Sales Enablement & Commercial Support**
- Develop and maintain sales enablement materials including decks and promotional materials.

**Campaign Performance & Insights**
- Own measurement of lead quality, lead-to-opportunity conversion, and contribution to pipeline and revenue.
- Use HubSpot and CRM data to generate insights and report regularly on pipeline health and campaign ROI.
- Feed commercial insights back into campaign planning to refine messaging, targeting, and tactics.
