**Join us as a Senior Manager, B2B Digital Marketing**
We're looking for a experienced marketing strategist to create, develop and execute our Digital Marketing initiatives across geographies and product lines
You will have creative marketing ideas to combine with extensive analytic and data-driven customer demand generation experience.
As a B2B marketing strategist, you will be a tech-savvy trendsetter who initiates out-of-the-box marketing strategies to reach our target client’s decision makers and effectively connect our brand with our customers.
You would use your experience in implementing marketing strategies to accelerate lead generation,improve our brand presence and increase product adoption. You will be an entrepreneurial generalist who loves getting things done in close collaboration with colleagues across our marketing, product and technology teams.
You should be detail-oriented and organized, capable of handling multiple projects at once, and comfortable dealing with ambiguity and rapidly changing priorities
**What you’ll do**
- Create and drive the B2B digital marketing strategy for our products and services across all digital channels in all our markets
- You will identify needs and new opportunities, and aspire to increase brand awareness.
- Monitor SEO/SEM, marketing and sales performance metrics to forecast trends and suggest solutions to boost web presence.
- Build strong clients relationships through social media interaction
- Liaise with Marketing, Sales and Creative teams to optimize customer experience and ensure brand consistency
- Establish best practices in digital marketing
- Manage the Ascenda corporate website, including content creation in collaboration with the Sales and Creative teams.
- Continuously identify key market trends and translate these into reports and blog articles
- Stay up-to-date with digital technologies developments and with our audience’s preferences, and proactively suggest new campaigns based on these insights
- Communicate with team members on campaign developments, timelines, and results
- Provide analytical and strategic input on the development of an annual digital marketing program strategy aligned with overall business objectives.
- Proactively collaborate with our business development, Strategic client and Partnership teams to understand how demand generation activities impact the rest of the business and to align with them on planned initiatives.
**What we are looking for**
- Demonstrated work experience as a Digital marketing strategist or Digital marketing manager
- Min 6+ years of experience in developing and executing a clear go-to-market plan for a B2B business inc preferably in a high-tech product industry or an enterprise software business.
- Demonstrated experience in working with sales leaders in driving pipeline and revenue
- Proven work experience as a Demonstrable experience with SEO/SEM and CRM software, and in implementing and optimizing Google Adwords and LinkedIn campaigns
- Solid knowledge of web analytics tools like Google Analytics
- Hands-on experience with online marketing tools and practices
- Familiarity with website content management systems (CMS)
- Motivated self-starter who thrives on working in complex and challenging environments of a rapidly evolving business
- Analytical tendencies with a natural curiosity to measure, test, learn and iterate in order to get the best results possible
- Advanced knowledge of social media channels and paid social tactics, including Linkedin and YouTube).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an innate attention to detail
- Excellent business copywriting skills, including long and short copy
- Excellent project management skills with experience gaining consensus and driving deliverables with individuals inside and outside the organization
