- Manage the physical operation of the department and be responsible for the smooth running of the whole operation.
- Oversee the proper use of chemicals, washing accessories and coordinate transport of equipment between locations.
- Work closely with Chef on duty to execute special requests.
- Draw up policies regarding kitchen cleanliness and hygiene.
- Oversee implementation of policies at all kitchens.
- Monitor condition of kitchen equipment and arrange for repairs if needed.
- Maintain and control the main store set up.
- Conduct and prepare monthly inventory for breakages and replenishment and ensure sufficient operating equipment for all outlets.
- Ensure that all Stewarding operating equipment are well maintained.
- Conduct periodic training for all Stewarding staff.
- Ensure compliance of all Club Standard Operating Procedures and Policies and MOM regulations at all times.
- Mete out disciplinary action where and when required.
- Any other duties that might be assigned from time to time.

**Requirements**:

- An energetic and positive approach to getting the job done in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment
- Attention to detail
- Good communication skills and the ability to follow directions
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written, and positive attitude towards fostering teamwork among associates in support role.
- Ability to lead, motivates a large team of staff, adapt, embrace strong cultural diversity, and work in multi-ethnic teams.
