Epergne Solutions is looking for IHS Markit EDM Lead

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage a team of talented professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship.
- Oversee the entire software delivery lifecycle for IHS Markit EDM projects, ensuring timely and successful completion within budget.
- Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization, including clients, users, vendors, and partners.
- Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into clear and actionable technical specifications.
- Conduct thorough functional and technical analysis to identify optimal solutions and potential challenges.
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences, clearly articulating complex information.
- Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, promoting effective communication and knowledge sharing.

**Technical Skills**:

- Proven expertise in SQL and Markit EDM.
- Strong understanding of Master Data Management principles and practices.
- Familiarity with Bloomberg and Copp Clark data sets (highly preferred).
- Working knowledge of JIRA for project management.
- Experience with web services and scripting languages (e.g., Python).
- Knowledge of scheduling tools like Control M (a plus).
- Markit EDM Certification (highly preferred).

**Additional Requirements**:

- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a Team Lead/Technical Lead/Functional Lead role.
- Demonstrated success in software delivery management, including planning, execution, and risk mitigation.
- Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality and accuracy.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
