**YOUR ROLE
The Global Human Resources Business Partner provides support for IT Leaders within the organisation.
This includes but is not limited to providing administrative support, ideas, preparation of key documents in the following critical areas within HR: change management; talent acquisition and talent management; planning practices; engagement and retention; organizational development and training; compensation and benefits; employee relations; HR compliance, and general policy administration, organization design.
**WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?**
- Execute HR programs and policies as well as provide day-to-day HR support for assigned business
- Work with the business managers and HR team to design and implement talent development, engagement, performance, diversity, inclusion and retention strategies
- Partner effectively with Centers of Excellence and geographic HR teams to provide consistent, excellent HR services and support
- Ensure that our C&B policy and processed are applied and in line with each local labor market (merit increases, geographical mobility...)
- Support the Global HRBP on identifying current talent pipeline for critical positions and develop strategies to manage bench strength
- Ensure data accuracy for IT on the HRIS by coordination
- Coordinate the recruitment with the help of the recruitment CoE
**WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?**
- Master’s degree from a Business School or University
- 3 years of experience as HRBP
- Change management, project management, HR generalist positions, used with matrix and international environment and with senior leadership
- Knowledge in local employment law
- English
- Adaptable, creative, process oriented, good communication and presentation skills, trustworthy, reactive
