**Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**

**Account Director Responsibilities**:

- Lead, plan, and manage activities for key accounts.
- Create an environment for outstanding work and profitable service delivery.
- Grow and maintain key client relationships.
- Track and deliver on account revenue and profitability targets.
- Develop trusted relationships with senior clients and ensure their satisfaction.

**Digital Media Specialist Responsibilities**:

- Lead, plan, and manage client campaigns with the Media Operations team.
- Develop and execute the best plans, tactics, and solutions for clients.
- Supervise setup, optimization, and reporting of campaigns.
- Assist Account Managers in handling client relationships and communications.

**Required Experience**:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in Account Management and Digital Media campaigns in an agency environment.
- Hands-on experience with Google Search, Google Display, LinkedIn, Facebook/Instagram.
- Proven success in account growth and revenue generation.
- Strong analytical skills and a goal-oriented mindset.

**Preferred Experience (Plus)**:

- YouTube, Twitter, TikTok, Programmatic, DOOH, Social Media Management.
- Experience in China's Digital Media Market, Traditional Media, Web Analytics, and SEO.

**Skills and Attributes**:

- Excellent communicator with strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to interact effectively at all organizational levels.
- Strong planning, account management, and project management skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Financial management skills.
