Digital Senior Account Director

We’re looking for a passionate Senior Account Director who ideally has experience in the hospitality and tourism sector; someone who can and have the appetite to build and grow our connected marketing proposition, with digital-first / CX thinking.
You are expected to coach and mentor your team members, and you are to collaborate with the cross-functional teams across media, creative and digital practices - demonstrate and live by example the Power of One model and promise.
The role maintains a primary responsibility in Singapore working on a retainer business covering both domestic and international markets.
You are responsible for winning client commitment to the agency’s connected strategy and resulting recommendations in commitment to the strategy and delivering impactful outcome for the business.
You will be responsible for nurturing, building and growing productive client relationships through behaving as a trusted partner and adding value in every client interaction.
You will work closely with our client to forward plan and roadmap marketing activities that will deliver a return on investment and driving brand impact. You will also ensure collaboration with the internal team at Digitas and broader agency capabilities within Publicis Groupe Media and Digital Singapore to ensure projects are delivered to a high quality and are on brief, on budget, on time & on brand.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
✦ Responsible for the development of long-term account success and growth.
✦ Works with Strategy (media, brand and connected strategy), Data & Analytics, Creative, Digital development (web) and Production teams to transform knowledge of client business objectives, internal and competitive opportunities, and customer insights into actionable marketing communications strategies and tactics.
✦ Managing senior client relationships
✦ Responsible for the development of direct reports.
✦ Exhibits enthusiasm for clients' business and industry. Maintains leading edge of knowledge of clients' business and industry.
✦ Regularly informs the Business Lead on the status of the business, including escalation as needed.
