Associate Digital Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate Digital Manager to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing digital media planning for client campaigns, ensuring the effective management and delivery of advertising campaigns for a portfolio of digital media accounts. The key objective is to drive business growth through data-driven strategies and innovative media solutions.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Support the Digital Director in managing a portfolio of digital media accounts with a team of Digital Planners, Executives, and Traders.
  • Lead the team in strategy, planning, tactical execution, implementation, optimisation, and performance analysis.
  • Define media plan strategies and deliver recommendations to clients and partners.
  • Plan, distribute and oversee the tasks of junior team members.
  • Support the recruitment and training of junior team members.
  • Contribute to new business pitching and relationship-building activities.
