BAM Asia Entertainment Network, a global content distributor specialising in linear Pay-TV channels, VOD, and various programming genres, is seeking a Digital & Social Media Specialist to join our team. The Digital & Social Media Specialist will work closely with the Marketing, Creative and Digital department and is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote the company and its products across various digital channels. This role requires an in-depth understanding of digital marketing techniques, SEO, social media platforms, and analytics tools to enhance brand awareness and increase customer engagement.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase online presence, brand awareness, and sales.
- Work closely with the Brand Managers to align digital marketing strategies with overall brand strategies, including supporting affiliate marketing efforts.
- Use SEO strategies to improve website visibility and increase organic traffic.
- Monitor and analyse digital marketing performance using analytics tools, and adjust strategies based on data insights.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and potential new channels and strategies.
- Collaborate with the creative team to create engaging content for the company's digital platforms.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Passionate about TV and the broader media landscape, with a proactive, positive attitude and strong attention to detail.
