**About the Role**:
We’re looking for a driven and data-savvy **Digital Media Specialist**to join our fast-paced team. You’ll be the architect behind our paid digital campaigns, responsible for planning, launching, optimizing, and analyzing across a spectrum of digital platforms. This role is 70% media buying and account management and 30% campaign strategy and collaboration.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Launch and manage performance-driven digital campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, Google Ads, DSPs, TikTok, and more.
- Translate big ideas into executable media plans across relevant digital touchpoints.
- Set up, optimize, and report on campaigns using platforms like Display & Video 360 (DV360), The Trade Desk, Campaign Manager, and Microsoft Ads.
- Analyze performance data and surface insights to improve campaign outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with creative, commercial, and operations teams to align campaign execution with business goals.
- Stay ahead of trends by testing new platforms, targeting strategies, and media formats.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- 2+ years of hands-on experience with digital media buying and campaign management.
- Proficiency in at least 2 of the following platforms: DV360, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok, X, Snapchat, The Trade Desk, Campaign Manager.
- Sharp analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Bonus: Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud for campaign or customer data insights.
- Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
