Carro is seeking for a Regional Workshop Head to join the team in defining and aligning workshop (footprint, service model, services and products, after-sales customer journey) strategy with the management and Country Heads.

In addition to that, the Workshop Head is required to oversee the entire operation and performance of respective countries’ workshops by managing the country workshop managers.

What you will be doing:

- Define and obtain buy-in on workshop strategy (footprint, service model, services and products, after-sales customer journey) for each country, and regionally
- Execute the agreed strategies together with the country workshop managers
- Oversee entire workshop operations (Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, and Thailand) and ensure smooth workflow
- Be accountable for the service level quality across countries that is required by Country Heads and management
- Set up the workshop Proft and Loss (budget and forecast), monitor and ensure the financial metrics are achieved by each country
- Implement standardization (processes, system integration, service quality, mechanic standards)
- Understand the bottleneck faced by each country, provide corrective plans to the management, and ensure it is implemented by the country workshop managers
What you will need:

- Minimum Diploma in Engineering
- Experience: 10 years experience in the automotive workshop with a mínimal 1 - 2 years experience in a similar capacity
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills and people management skills

**Salary**: From $6,000.00 per month
