Are you passionate about building strong business partnerships and driving growth through local agents? Chris-Marine, a global leader in engine maintenance and monitoring solutions, is looking for a Regional Agent Manager to strengthen our presence in Southeast Asia.

Your Mission

This role is mainly focused on agent and distributor management - not direct sales. Your key responsibility is to develop, support, and grow a strong network of local agents across Southeast Asia, particularly in power plants, marine customers, and engine workshops. You will act as the primary link between our Singapore office in Jurong and these vital regional markets.

What You Will Do
  • Develop and manage agent/distributor relationships in Southeast Asia (Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Philippines, etc.)
  • Support agents in securing business with power plants, marine operators, and engine workshops
  • Conduct regular agent visits, training, and joint customer meetings
  • Ensure agents uphold Chris-Marine's brand, product knowledge, and service standards
  • Monitor agent performance and implement improvement plans where needed
  • Identify new markets, applications, or business opportunities in the region
  • Collaborate with our global sales and technical teams to ensure agent success
What We're Looking For
  • Experience in agent/distributor management, preferably in industrial or marine equipment
  • Network among existing agents in the field
  • Knowledge of Southeast Asian business culture and markets
  • Background in power generation, maritime, or heavy-duty workshop industries is a strong plus
  • Commercially driven with excellent relationship and communication skills
  • Fluent in English; other SEA languages are a plus
  • Based in Singapore and open to regional travel
