**Job Description**:
We are launching an exciting payment soundbox product to help SMEs accept PayNow payments with audio confirmation. We’re looking for energetic and target-driven field sales executives to grow our merchant base across Singapore.

In this role as a SMEs Merchant Acquisition Executive, you will play a critical part in acquiring new merchants (Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) owners) and helping them unlock growth through technology.

This is what your job scope will be

Acquiring Merchants
- Proactively cold call and/or engage inbound leads to identify potential merchants to onboard with EPOS
- Conduct sales presentations and product demos to showcase the value of EPOS solutions
- Negotiate and close contracts with key merchants to seal the deal

Account Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key merchants
- Understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions to drive growth and operational efficiency

Stakeholder Engagement
- Engage and build trust with key decision-makers daily
- Collaborate closely with internal teams including marketing, operations, customer success, and service

- Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills to influence SME owners
- Enjoys walking the ground, talking to people and comfortable with cold call outreach
- Self-motivated, performance-driven, result oriented and eager to earn
- Experience in field sales, telco, POS/payments, or gig merchant onboarding preferred
- Able to work independently and manage time efficiently
