**Key Responsibilities**:
**Merchant Acquisition**:

- **Prospecting and Outreach**:Identify business needs through analytics and engagement with internal stakeholders. Enrol merchant partners to strengthen the company's merchant network.
- **Onboarding**:Assist merchants with the onboarding process to ensure a smooth and successful integration into the company's platforms.
- **Placement**:Assist merchants with the placement of their products and services onto the different channels.
- **Relationship Management**:Maintain and nurture relationships with existing merchants and resolve challenges they may encounter.
- **Sales Targets**:Achieve assigned sales targets

**Event Management**:

- **Event Planning**:Assess, plan and organise onsite corporate talks or events to drive employee engagement goals
- **Coordination**:Coordinate with various internal and external stake holders to ensure the successful execution of events.
- **Promotion**:Develop and execute promotional strategies to drive attendance and engagement at events.

**Requirements**:

- At least ITE Graduate or Polytechnic graduate
- Good communication skills
- Good Power Point and Excel Skills
- Experience in events management
- Experience to build relationship and win over merchants
