JOB TITLE: Assistant Key Accounts Manager - UFS
- LOCATION: Singapore
- MAIN JOB PURPOSE/BUSINESS CONTEXT
- Responsible for developing and executing joint business plans with assigned key accounts and chain accounts, with the objective of delivery of sales targets and profits.
- To increase brand share in assigned region / customers by building excellent business relationship with customers via solution selling.
- KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Drive growth of key accounts in the foodservice sector, including chains, central kitchens, and home meal replacement channels.
- Establish deep understanding of key accounts to trigger customer need, and conduct effective solution selling
- Develop and execute joint business plans with key accounts, to achieve sales targets and profits
- Build right contact matrix for increasing business opportunities with key accounts for food and hygiene categories
- Manage end-to-end key account projects and operational needs
- Uncover and penetrate white spaces with existing and new innovation portfolio
- Deeply understand Singapore F&B market to give fresh insights and uncover white space opportunities in portfolio and untapped business segments (eg. category, channel)
- Provide robust business cases for business development projects, and drive stakeholder management internally and externally
- Pilot new innovations in portfolio with strategic partner key accounts to increase UFS food service market share and turnover
- Champion agenda with other Key Account Managers, Chef and Food Technologist to secure exponential growth and repeatable model
- Establish strategic partnerships and new business models that future-proof
- Establish partnerships with associations, distributors, and industry key players to increase UFS market share and credibility
- Implement and manage new business operating models (eg. customised, licensing, etc.).
- Engage stakeholders internally and externally for smooth implementation

- Knowledge of Singapore food service industry or passionate about food service
