Roles & Responsibilities

Report to Assistant Service Manager, responsible for dealing with customer requirements of automotive related service in an efficient and courteous manner to ensure the highest standard of customer satisfaction and achieve the departmental sales turnover and profitability objectives.

**Job Scope**
- Answer, receive and attend to customers for PM service with Repair Order processing
- Support Service Advisor in preparation of repair quotations to customers
- Process service appointment booking with reprint Repair Order
- Conduct or collect Customer Satisfaction Survey
- Prepare and dispatch monthly service reminder
- Support front office reception (receptionist)
**Qualification Requirements**
- Minimum qualification: N-Level/ NITEC in Automotive Engineering, or Diploma in Engineering
- Minimum 1-year experience in motor workshop or reception
**Skill Requirements**
- Basic communication skills in English verbally and in writing; other languages will be an added advantage
- Willing to work in Tuas area
**Additional Information**
- Transportation provided at designated picks up points
