Personal Assistant to CEO/ Country Manager

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide administrative and secretarial support to CEO/Country Manager, including managing day to day calendar, organizing meetings, business appointments and managing schedule.
- Prepare business correspondence, reports, agenda, minutes, and presentation materials
- Type and proof correspondence including letters, memos, documents, and reports as required
- Assist with administration and logístical support for meetings (face-to-face and via video conference)
- Assist with expense reports, claims administration, and all other administrative matters (such as apartment maintenance, education institutions arrangements and running personal errands)
- Supporting tax matters including liaising with tax consultants; keep track of tax notices and payments.
- Respond to issues/tasks assigned in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain professionalism and appropriately handle highly confidential materials when interfacing with the business.
- Ad hoc assignments from time to time.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years’ experience in providing administrative support in a fast-paced environment. Relevant experience in Blockchain Industry will be a plus
- Possess a high degree of discretion, diplomacy, and tact in discharging duties.
- Effectively bilingual in English and Chinese to communicate with China associates.
- Responsible and meticulous in the tasks assigned, mature and tactful with pleasant personality, integrity, self-driven and a team player
- Outstanding time management, able to multitask, exemplary organization skills and creative problem-solving skills
- Articulate well and possess good communication, analytical and Interpersonal skills.
