We are looking for powerful Customer Service Account Managers to maintain the bridge between our customers and the company

**Responsibilities**
- Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with our existing and new clients.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our products or services according to customer needs and objectives.
- Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to the management.
- Monitor and analyze the consumption of our clients with our services.
- Work closely with the sales reps for a smooth onboarding of new clients.
- Bridge and coordinate between the clients and sales reps.

**Requirements**:

- At least 2 years of proven account management or other relevant customer service experience
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment
- Ability to prioritize among competing tasks
