Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Customer Service Account Manager to lead our account services team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong background in customer relations and account management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Authorise and manage complex cases related to judicial management, requiring expertise and experience.
  • Manage a diverse range of cases, including bankruptcy/voluntary liquidation, injunction/discovery/garnishee order, bailors/maintenance enforcement order, unsound mind cases, lasting power of attorney (LPA) and revocation, and deceased handling.
  • Liaise with external parties, such as legal representatives, government agencies, and other stakeholders, to ensure efficient and effective case management.
  • Work independently and share knowledge and best practices.
  • Continuously improve processes and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement innovative solutions to the processes.
  • Read, interpret, and manage legal/court documents submitted by external parties.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong foundational understanding of banking operations and account servicing.
  • Ability to interpret and manage legal and court documents.
  • Experience in handling complex customer cases involving legal or regulatory matters.
  • Able to work independently and take initiative in solving problems and improving processes.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and banking systems.
