As a **Assistant Manager, Sales Administrative, **your job would be to assist the Director with the following (but not all inclusive):
- customer support resolution across the different segments
- scheduling and invoicing of daily orders
- support the director in business development and outreach to potential customers
- data entry and month end reconciliation
- identify bottlenecks in the process and resolves them through the use of business automation
- any other ad-hoc requirements when required
- Able to handle multiple tasks at the same time
- Work well under pressure
- Effective communication - able to translate your idea to the team and working with the team to execute it
- Problem Solver - to identify the problem and come up with a logical process to solve it, in the most direct and efficient way
- Team Player - Work independently as well as part of a team
- Takes ownership of the process - having pride in what you do and making sure that you do it well
- Hungry - eager to learn and not afraid to fail
**Requirements**:
- Must be a Singaporean. All other nationalities will not be considered at this time.
- Able to work autonomously with little to no supervision.
- Fluent with office software like**:Google Suite, Quickbooks **, Zendesk, Asana etc.
