**Sales & Administrative Assistant**

**Job Duty**:

- Process order enquiry with clients;
- Liaise with suppliers and internal departments for order processing and delivery arrangements to ensure smooth operations;
- Provide full spectrum of sales and administrative support to sales department;
- Handle the issuance of invoice, delivery note and related documents;
- Assist in scheduling a well-organized operational calendar;
- Provide support to the team in daily operation
- Assist in HR administration duties including recruitment activities, CPF schemes management, and working visa.
- Responsible for ad hoc tasks as required.

**Requirement**:

- 1. Higher Diploma graduate or above in trading firms/manufacturing plant/accounting is an advantage.
- 2. At least 2 years of working experience.
- 3. Will handle shipping, purchasing, invoicing, and administrative activities under the guidance of General Manager.
- 4. Good command of both written and spoken English and mandarin.
- 5. Good analytical mind, common sense, mature and stable with good communication skills
