**Your new company**

This organisation is a leading international engineering and professional services consultancy. They are currently recruiting for a Director to lead a division of high performing engineers delivering exceptional service to their clients across buildings and structures.

**Your new role**

In this role you will be the HOD and have a number of Senior Associates reporting to you. You will ensure that the division delivers all projects on time and budget to maximise revenue for the company. You will lead the division to align with the company strategy for overall growth and performance.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Have a minimum bachelor’s degree in civil or Structural engineering
- 15 years + of multidisciplinary project management experience in engineering design consultancy
- Be registered with the Professional Engineers Board of Singapore
- Have demonstrated leadership qualities and client management skills.
