Job Title: Building Operations Director

Job Description

As a key member of the facilities management team, you will be responsible for overseeing and leading a team in maintaining high-quality services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and lead a team of Engineers, Technical Officers, Supervisors, and Technicians in facility management and operation of assigned buildings.
  • Ensure staff are skilled and able to handle repair and maintenance work.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for submission to stakeholders.
  • Study, propose, and implement feasible improvement works.
  • Prepare and submit annual budget plans.
  • Coordinate and liaise with external agencies on new initiatives and major repairs and maintenance works.
