**(I) Key Responsibilities**

In summary, the Operations Director will have responsibilities across the investment lifecycle spanning:

- Working together with the investment team to assess new investment opportunities for the fund
- Implementation of value creation plans within the portfolio companies
- Monitoring and trouble-shooting portfolio company performance
- Preparing the portfolio companies for Quadria’s exit

In respect of new investment opportunities the Operations Director will be responsible for:

- Assessment of commercial attractiveness of target companies and industries and identifying key areas of diligence
- Leading technical and commercial due diligence assessments of target companies
- Developing business and value creation plan for target companies, together with external consultants as required
- Identifying and recruiting operating partner (as required) to support investments into target companies

In respect of existing investments the Operations Director will be responsible for:

- Implementation of the business and value creation plans within the portfolio companies
- Monitoring and troubleshooting portfolio company performance
- Working with the company management team and quadria investment team to prepare the company for Quadria’s exit
- (cont’d over page)# Additionally, the Operations Director will be responsible for building and developing the Portfolio Operations team within Quadria
- Identifying talent gaps and leading recruitment efforts
- Developing existing talent
- Setting the Portfolio Operations long term strategy

**(II) Key Experiences**
- Private equity portfolio operations: working in a role encompassing similar responsibilities to those highlighted above
- Consulting: worked across industries, ideally including healthcare, for private equity and corporate clients to advise on investments, growth strategy, corporate and business development, new market entry, turnarounds, carve-outs etc
- Healthcare industry: PnL leader, business/strategy development role, corporate development, portfolio optimization
