Operations Director

 

Job Overview:

The Operations Director is responsible for overseeing the overall operation aspects of our organization, including general maintenance, work area cleanliness and safety.

This role requires a leader who can ensure licenses are always valid for all departments and staff members. The successful candidate will also be responsible for managing team schedules to meet the needs of the business.

In addition, the Operations Director will serve as a role model for company values and standards, building and maintaining good working relationships with internal departments.

This position involves regular on-site visits to ensure operations are running smoothly. The Operations Director will be responsible for training and briefing staff on workplace safety and specific job scopes.

The role also involves project planning and execution for upcoming projects, handling and managing all site issues. Additionally, daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports will be provided for management review.

Requirements & Qualifications:
 
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a managerial position.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to perform under pressure.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt.
  • High level of integrity and reliability.
