Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned and skilled project director to oversee our building projects from inception to completion.

  • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering complex building projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Main Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining close relationships with clients, consultants, project team members, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Coordinating building tasks, finishes, and integration with structural and M&E specifics to ensure timely completion.
  • Ensuring building drawings, material samples, and method statements are submitted on time according to the project timeline.
  • Overseeing site activities, collaborating closely with contractors and their supervisors to guarantee effective execution.
  • Conducting regular inspections of building works to verify adherence to approved designs, specifications, and smooth progression.
  • Monitoring work progress to ensure it aligns with the targeted schedule for timely and efficient completion.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you will need to possess:

  • A degree in Architecture or a related field.
  • Proven experience in building project management, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
