Provide comprehensive IT Helpdesk support to remote offices and users, ensuring efficient resolution of technical issues.
- Deliver prompt assistance to all levels of the business organization, including top executives, addressing their IT-related concerns effectively.
- Administer and troubleshoot Windows and macOS computers, maintaining optimal performance and resolving software and hardware issues promptly.
- Facilitate corporate web conferencing and webinar support using the Zoom Meetings platform, ensuring seamless user experience.
- Demonstrate broad knowledge of personal computer hardware and peripherals, coupled with proficiency in IT diagnostic tools, utilities, and basic network troubleshooting skills. Excellent written and oral communication skills are essential for effective communication with end-users.
**Requirements**:
- Min 6 mth of experience in IT service desk environment Relevant technical IT expertise and skills in latest Windows, Linux & MAC OS
**Working Hours**:
- 8am - 6pm (Mon to Fri) 8.30am - 1pm (2 Sats per mth)
