**Qualifications**:
- Lead and manage the field sales team to ensure that individual and team sales targets and KPIs are consistently hit and exceeded
- Assist with the national management team in sales strategy, development, and implementation
- Monitor individual KPI’s and provide monthly performance review
- Manage team adherence and culture
- Acquisition of new partners in the food and beverage industry
- Meeting personal and team KPIs (quantitative and qualitative goals)
- Strategic support of marketing initiatives to our most reputable partners
