**Roles and responsibilities**:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities aligned with the company's expertise in events, exhibitions, retail, experiential marketing, content, and technology.
- Lead pitches and proposal development, collaborating with teams and specialists to deliver comprehensive solutions.
- Develop client strategies, identify needs, and create tailored approaches to address them effectively.
- Drive business growth locally and regionally through strategic account management and continuous improvement of client activities.
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships, hosting regular POV meetings to share insights and deliver value.
- Strengthen relationships with new and existing clients through communication plans, ensuring visibility and strategic support.
- Undertake project management responsibilities as needed, ensuring seamless execution and delivery of initiatives.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum Diploma holder in any studies
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in sales.
- Ability to effectively engage with professionals from client side, as well as understand, navigates, and manages complex, hierarchical corporate clients.
- Exposure on different types of projects such as trade shows, conferences, product launches, activations
- Ability to effectively manage project teams assembled from different business units within a large corporate agency.
