
Customer Service Call Centre Agent

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide personalized service to customers over the telephone, addressing inquiries related to banking products, accounts, and services in an effective and efficient manner.
- Listen actively to customers' needs and concerns, demonstrating empathy and understanding throughout the interaction.
- Consistently deliver excellent quality service to customers, exceeding their expectations and ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Solicit feedback from customers to identify areas for improvement and proactively address any issues or concerns raised.
**Requirement**:
- Preferably with 1 to 2 years of working experience in call centre environment and/or service related industry
- Banking call centre exp will be added advantage
- Entry level / no exp are welcome
- Possess excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills
- Willing to work on shift rotation (Morning OR Afternoon)
