Conduct outbound calls to delinquent customers to facilitate payment and prevent further account delinquency.
- Provide clear and concise information to customers regarding their overdue payments and available payment methods.
- Review customer profiles to determine the most effective collection actions and negotiate payment arrangements.
- Escalate complex cases promptly to team leaders for guidance and resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment agreements.
- Knowledge/experience in customer service, telemarketing, or call center operations is preferred.
- Emotionally resilient with strong negotiation skills to handle challenging conversations.
- Ability to analyze customer profiles and make informed decisions.
- Team player with good interpersonal skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: $2,500.00 - $3,500.00 per month
