
Client Solutions Manager

Working closely with other members of the Client Solutions Unit (CSU), you will acquire an invaluable understanding of business strategy and commercial acumen; you are accountable for clientele’s strategic goals, research goals and support to achieve their desired outcomes aligned with the team’s financial KPIs (revenue and margin commitment) and will be expected to:
- Ensure that the clients are put at the heart of proposal development.
- Required to engage with a wide pool of clients in public sector and Commercial.
- Build solutions in mixed-method research, including identifying new solutions, fostering strategic business relationships, and responding successfully to research briefs
- Develop and elevate as a trusted adviser to both clients and internal stakeholders across all business units to foster client-focused approaches.
- Assist in mapping client opportunities and provide market intelligence to the team
- Ensure all client data is kept up to date on Salesforce system.
- Provide expert advice and proposal writing throughout the pitching process
- Manage proposal agreement processes for all clients and ensure proposals are manageable for the business to onboard
- Proactively seek new methodologies, tools, and innovations to deliver client solutions in different ways to enhance the commercial strategy, by collaborating with other departments
- Manage & develop Sales Enablement Resources such as case studies, testimonials, Research Frameworks, proposal templates, track records and credentials.
- Provide strategic insights based on Salesforce data that support the delivery teams in anticipating and executing commissioned projects and guide business strategy
Job Requirements:
- Experience selling to and managing client relationships
- Experience in research and/or insights/data services
- A self-starter who can take responsibility for identifying prospects, build pipeline and achieve revenue targets
- High level of initiative, ability to create and refine sales processes from scratch
- Strong business acumen
- Strong communication skills - ability to quickly build rapport with clients and internal teams
- Experience using Salesforce and LinkedIn
- Proven working experience as a business development manager or Sales Manager
- Proven sales track record
