**Role objective**

Support the Head of Partnership Distribution Management in managing key Life partnership accounts and OneChubb initiatives. This role will cover all areas of partnership project management - partner relationships, project and pipeline workflow management, partner performance, execution of strategic initiatives and risk management. Partnership channels and regions covered by this role: Bancassurance, Consumer Partnerships, DMTM, Broker / IGA and Digital across Chubb Life’s APAC and Latin American markets.

**Responsibilities**
- Manage key Life Partnership Accounts (existing and potential) and lead OneChubb across all Chubb Life markets.
- Ideation and planning for key Life Partnership Accounts and OneChubb initiatives:

- Identify key partnership accounts by market based on 5 year strategic plan. Work with the country teams to develop a detailed execution plan.
- Support the articulation of the overall OneChubb strategy and work with the countries to develop a detailed project plan by market.
- Project manage the key Life Partnership Accounts and OneChubb initiatives. This will cover the following areas:

- Lead planning phase to develop detailed project plan for new partnerships which covers timeline, project budget, financial modelling, commercial terms and sign-off
- Support BUs is managing partner relationships, project and pipeline workflow management, partner performance, execution of strategic initiatives and risk management
- Project manage OneChubb initiatives in collaboration with key COG stakeholders
- Participate in monthly Partnership Performance and Pipeline update calls with local Partnership teams
- Participate in cross-team experience sharing and information / learning sessions (BD forums)
- Provide regular updates to senior management on strategy, performance and pipeline progress

**Qualifications Required**:

- BSc/BA in business administration, finance or relevant field
- 7 years work experience in a partnership management role
- Life or P&C insurance sector experience preferred
- Global / International experience preferred

**Skill Set Required**:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to effectively present and build productive relationships with internal stakeholders across different markets
- Dynamic, energetic and shows initiative to learn
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and influence others to do the same
- Strong skills in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
- Self-starter, capable of setting own agenda, and working with moderate direction
- Strong organizational and project skills with an ability to prioritize whilst managing various projects
- Consummate collaborator
- Able to productively liaise with peers in other Chubb business divisions
- Genuine aptitude for working in an energetic and entrepreneurial small team environment and demonstrates the ability to work well with colleagues across functions and geographies
