**About the Position**
The Alliances Sales Manager will evangelise our capability with our partners across the APAC region. They will manage lead sharing with these partners and generate qualified sales pipeline with the partners.
The role will own a sales target for both software and services across Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia and Vietnam. In addition the role will support our in-market sales teams in Philippines and Thailand.
As well as developing and executing go-to-market strategies with our existing partners, the Alliances Sales Manager will also scout and identify new partnership opportunities to enable growth.
Our goal is to leverage our existing alliances to drive new customers and grow our existing client base using our vendor partnerships.
**What you will do**:
- Work with key alliances across the APAC region
- Work hand in hand with Practice Leads, Managing Directors and sales teams to identify and explore opportunities with our vendor partners to both re-sell or refer their software and cross sell our services
- Refine and execute business and go-to-market plans with our alliances and local market teams in Philippines and Thailand, as well as owning execution of these plans in the SVIM markets (Singapore, Vietnam, Indonesia, Malaysia).
- Evaluate efficacy of partner relationships and engagements in delivering positive ROI to the business
- Work with the regional marketing team to build pipeline and accelerate partner sourced and joint sales revenue growth in APAC, as well as aligning and communicating the sales and marketing motion for each partner.
- Achieve regional pipeline and revenue targets and other key objectives
- Be the key operational team liaison for our partnerships in APAC as a central point of contact and advocacy, orchestrating partner engagements across various teams.
- Identify and qualify net new opportunities by leveraging our partnerships
- Enable and activate stakeholders within our partner organisations and build communities
- Generate alliance-sourced net-new sales pipeline and revenue.
- Create and execute relationship plans to ensure key stakeholders are established by our partner organisations and regular / relevant contact is performed to review business performance of the partnership.
- Conduct quarterly business reviews on the execution of the business, go-to-market and relationship plans to ensure we are meeting our mutual business objectives and define action plans to address any gaps or new opportunities.
**You Have**:
- 8+ years of sales experience in SaaS, Professional Services, Consulting or agency
- Experience with partner facing business development, strategic alliances or channel sales at a cloud services or SaaS organisation
- Proven experience driving sales opportunities in a quota bearing sales role
- Ability to quickly understand technical concepts and explain them to others verbally and in writing.
- Superb business development and negotiation skills, coupled with excellent communication and presentation skills to sell your ideas
- Ability to present business value of solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Excellent time management and written / verbal communication skills
**Highly Desirable**:
- Experience working with Salesforce, Braze, Google Cloud Platform, Microsoft Azure or other SaaS vendors, including an in-depth understanding of those organisations including strategy, market offerings and joint value proposition.

- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for taking initiatives from ideation to impact, including a strong business acumen with experience in a high-growth, fast-paced company.
