Summary

Seeking an experienced executive who is meticulous and organized professional to join our team as a Specialist, Ground Services Logistics (Warehousing, Stationery & Cargo Servicing). Responsible for optimizing the movement, storage, and tracking of Ground department shipments, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.

**Job Description**:
The role involves close collaboration with vendors, service partners, airport authorities and Scoot HQ to ensure seamless airport operations through effective ground logistics management.

**Job Description**:
- Implement and maintain effective inventory control procedures, including regular stock checks and reconciliations- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless logistics movements, including timely deliveries.- Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure the integrity of shipments when received, during storage and when delivered.- Manage accurate record-keeping of all incoming and outgoing shipments, including maintaining shipping and receiving documentation.- Verify shipment-related invoices.- Issue Purchase Orders.- Coordinate with procurement to renew vendors agreements/contracts.- Maintain positive working relationships with vendors, airport authorities, and other stakeholders (including internal).- Liaise with relevant stakeholders and airport authorities to ensure smooth and safe operations- Conduct audits on service partners to ensure compliance to SOP and procedures.- Perform streamline audits as part of Ground's quality assurance program through arrangement with vendors and various stakeholders such as security- Support CAAS' Line Station Inspections (LSIs)- Follow up with stakeholders on CARs to resolve any corrective action required both as an auditor or as an auditee- Complete audit reports and evaluate effectiveness of corrective actions and preventive actions provided- Monitor and follow up where necessary on audit finding's corrective actions- Drive innovative solutions and continuous improvement through collaboration with stakeholders and vendors.- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including local and overseas vendors, for automating logistics procedures.

**Requirements**:
- Minimum of 5 years of Logistics/Cargo experience.- Extensive experience in cargo operations (import and export) with operational process and terminologies used.- Possess strong people management skill at all level in order to communicate with the service partners.- Good interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work with people from all levels.- Able to function independently at the highest level with mínimal guidance. Quick to adopt and adapt to changes.- Embraces digitalisation and forward planning.- High problem solving skills based on a knowledge based approach.- Excellent time management and organizational skills.- Fluent written, spoken and reading capability in English.
