The HR Specialist II, reporting to the HR Services Supervisors and/or Managers, plays a crucial role in processing escalated HR transactions and exceptions. Ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies, this position supports key HR initiatives aimed at enhancing overall function effectiveness. The focus areas include HR Operations, Reporting and Mass Data.In the realm of HR Operations, the HR Specialist II facilitates onboarding processes, manages data integrity, ensures compliance, and offers support for various regional HR Shared Services operations. On the other hand, the Reporting and Mass Data emphasis involves generating human capital reports, managing mass uploads, and utilizing templates for efficient data management and processing.Key responsibilities of the role include processing a wide range of employee transactions within Workday and BMC Helix, managing exceptions and level 2 transactions, providing guidance to Tier 1 Specialists, collaborating with HR team members on process improvements, coordinating Workday transactions, facilitating onboarding for new hires, maintaining employee files, conducting audits, providing training, supporting documentation development, and overseeing the compensation review process.The ideal candidate should possess at least 5 years of experience in managing HR Operations, exhibit strong project and process management skills, be proficient in HCM and service management platforms, demonstrate clear understanding of HR operations best practices, have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, possess problem-solving skills, and excel in communication and presentation.Desirable qualifications include experience in influencing and coaching team members, project and change management experience, and proficiency in complex reporting and analysis.,
