
Corporate Secretariat Manager

Responsible for handling a portfolio of corporate secretarial matters (both Singapore and overseas) including but not limited to the preparation of directors’ resolutions, liaising with various departments, foreign service providers and authorities. You will also be required to oversee and manage a team and provide supervisory guidance. Assisting in the preparation and organizing of papers for board meetings, annual general meetings including preparation of minutes, Bizfile+ filings with ACRA and release of SGXNet announcements.
You will also ensure that statutory and regulatory requirements are met, registers and minute books and database of corporate secretarial precedents are updated and liaise with auditors and other service providers for information and documents.
**Requirements**:
- CSIS/ICSA qualification (Good to have)with at least 5 years of relevant experience in a corporate secretarial firm, law firm or SGX Main Board listed company.
- Experience in the full spectrum of corporate secretarial duties and responsibilities and handling SGX Main Board listed company
- Able to keep abreast of corporate secretarial developments and adapt to changes in requirements
- Excellent interpersonal, oral & written communication skills (proficiency in spoken and written Mandarin will be an advantage due to the need to handle corporate secretarial matters for the Group’s subsidiaries in the People’s Republic of China and to liaise with China associates)
- Proactive, resourceful, meticulous and able to multitask
- Organised, responsible and accountable, good time management skills - Team player as well as able to work well with minimum supervision - Proficient in MS Office
- Knowledge of Viewpoint (Secretarial software) and digital board meeting system are an advantage
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $7,000.00 - $8,500.00 per month
