
Admissions and Administration Assistant

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Organize school visits for potential parents to introduce to them the school facilities and the school curriculum.
- Responsible for the creation, maintenance, and updating of the students’ database and records.
- Monitor vacancies and waiting lists at all grade levels.
- Support excellent customer service and assistance to new and current families throughout all admissions processes.
- Work collaboratively and communicate effectively with relevant colleagues.
- Develop personal rapport with prospective parents and students
- Conduct pre-visit surveys to gather as much information on the specific needs, background, and profile of each parent.
- Deliver personalized visit experience to each prospective parent and student
- Provide post-tour follow-up with each individual family continuing to foster a personal relationship.
- Excellent verbal communication, presentation, and persuasion skills in a 1:1 and group setting
- Results-oriented and driven by successful outcomes
- Experience in dealing with clients in a multi-cultural setting
- Experience with CRM systems
- Strong relationship management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Proficiency in a second Asian language (esp. Mandarin) would be highly desirable
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Diploma equivalent or higher preferably with some customer service experience
- Experience in school admissions is preferred
- Possess excellent command of written and spoken English
- Highly efficient, able to multi-task, and accurate in data entry
- Professional, meticulous, detail-oriented, mature, dependable and responsible
- Preferably to be able to start ASAP
Working Hours 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday
Work from Home option.
Annual Leave 21 working days
Probation Period: 3 months from the date of commencement
