- Responsible for full spectrum of the payroll and absence function for Thales Group Companies in Singapore and South East Asia
- Support the annual salary review and bonus exercise including the preparation of letters and system updates
- Ensure the effective maintenance of all appropriate records, including HR systems, Personnel files and other databases
- Support in both internal and external reporting requirements including preparation of monthly payroll journal, participation in statutory and compensation / benefits surveys
- Handle CPF submission and income tax filing as well as tax clearance for expats and foreign employees
- Handle administration of insurance enrolment, leave, benefits and claims (NS Claims, Maternity / Paternity / Childcare leave claims, Flex Plan Claims, etc).
- Prepare documents, issuance of letter for staff and off boarding. e.g. certification letter, insurance related, confirmation letter, acceptance of resignation letter
- Support the Payroll harmonization initiative for SEA, liaise with end users and HRIS for any system issue
- Participate in all required audits related to payroll, compensation and benefits
- Participate in HR projects or tasks as and when assigned

**Job Requirements**
- A Diploma or Degree in relevant discipline (Business Studies / Human Resource Management)
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in payroll processing and HR Shared Services Proficient in Times Payroll Software and/or Workday
- Familiar with SEA employment related statutory guidelines
- Resilient, detailed, analytical and open to changes
- A collaborator with the mindset of providing good employee experience
- Excellent MS excel skill, knowledge of RPA
