Job Overview

This role involves providing HR administrative and advisory support to institutions in a consistent, accurate and timely manner. The successful candidate will ensure that service level agreements and key performance indicators within HR Shared Services are consistently met, reviewed and revised when necessary.

Responsibilities:
  1. Provide HR administrative support to institutions.
  2. Ensure the delivery of HR services is aligned with policies and relevant legislation requirements.
  3. Monitor and analyse metrics to measure and demonstrate the performance of HR Shared Services.
  4. Analyse work processes and implement improvements to enhance customer experience and efficiency.


Requirements:

A degree in Human Resource or Business related discipline is required. At least 3 years of HR experience and minimum 1 year experience in a supervisory role are also essential. Experience in handling medical job families would be an advantage. Strong organisational and communication skills, along with proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel), are also necessary. A fast learner, multi-tasker and strong team player who can prioritise work and maintain high levels of accuracy are preferred candidates for this position.
