Service Delivery

Manage end-to-end cycle of recruitment activities:
- Prepare and post job advertisement at appropriate employment advertising portals- Coordinate interviews arrangements Support other adhoc assignments/projects undertaken by the team

Operational Excellence- Ensure all recruitment operations and other requests are executed accurately and timely within the agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).- Attend to queries in a professional and timely manner.- Participate in process improvement reviews

Relationship Management/Customer Relations- Work with colleagues within NTU Shared Services to ensure seamless HR end-to-end processes.- Work with and develop business relationship with all stakeholders including HR Business Partners, Hiring Managers, employees, colleagues to support and ensure alignment of HR transactional services with NTU HR policy & strategic direction.

Requirements- Diploma in Business administration, Human Resources, Social Sciences, or a related discipline with 4 years of experience, OR- Degree in Business administration, Human Resources, Social Sciences, or a related discipline with 2 years of experience- Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience- Excellent communication, planning, organisation, interpersonal skills and able to work independently- Able to handle high volume of transactional work- Good understanding of common HR practices and Employment related legislation-
- Positive attitude with a service-oriented mind-set- Proficient in WorkDay Recruitment Module is an advantage
