The **Sales Director - Hyperscale & Global Accounts**will own and lead strategic relationships with their top-tier customers, including hyperscale cloud providers, global OTT platforms, and Fortune 500 digital businesses. This is a high-impact role focused on long-term account development, revenue acceleration, and deep collaboration across our data centre portfolio and solutions.
You will serve as the executive sponsor and single point of contact for your assigned accounts, driving multi-country, multi-year partnerships.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Account Ownership**:Lead all commercial activities for named global accounts, with full responsibility for account strategy, growth, retention, and customer satisfaction.
- **Hyperscale Sales Leadership**:Develop and execute account plans for hyperscale cloud and content providers, focusing on campus-scale data centre expansion opportunities.
- **Strategic Relationship Building**:Build trusted C-level and technical relationships with customers, influencing long-term infrastructure and deployment roadmaps.
- **Deal Structuring & Negotiation**:Lead complex contract negotiations and close multi-million-dollar colocation, power, and infrastructure agreements.
- **Global Coordination**:Act as a global liaison across customer geographies, aligning with internal delivery, operations, and executive teams to ensure seamless execution.
- **Pipeline Development**:Grow and manage a robust pipeline of new and expansion opportunities, including greenfield builds, edge expansions, and sustainability initiatives.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**:Partner with technical pre-sales, legal, finance, product, and delivery teams to align on account strategies and deliverables.
- **Industry Intelligence**:Monitor market and customer trends, competitive intelligence, and evolving technical requirements to position differentiated offerings.
**Qualifications & Experience**:
- 10+ years of enterprise or hyperscale sales experience, preferably within **data centre, cloud, or critical infrastructure**sectors.
- Proven success in managing large global accounts and closing complex, high-value infrastructure deals.
- Strong understanding of data centre lifecycle, power and space delivery, SLA requirements, and sustainability frameworks.
- Deep relationships and experience working with hyperscalers (AWS, Microsoft, Google, Meta, etc.) or global internet/cloud companies.
- Commercial acumen with experience negotiating long-term master agreements and strategic expansions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills across technical and C-level audiences.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or relevant technical degree a plus.
