
Key Account Manager

**Company Overview**:
Join a leading MNC Chemical Manufacturing Company located in the West, conveniently near an MRT station. We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to drive business growth and maintain key customer relationships within the personal care industry.
**Compensation**:
- Basic Salary Up to $9500
- Transport Allowance $1000
- Entitle for AWS and Attractive Variable Bonus
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Account Management**:Maintain and grow business at key accounts by developing relationships with various organizational contacts (purchasing, technical, marketing) across multiple countries.
- **Strategic Planning**: Develop key account plans and coordinate with sales teams in different territories.
- **Customer Liaison**: Act as the primary link to key customers, often large multi-national corporations, coordinating regional or global price lists and being recognized as the authority by both internal teams and customers.
- **Business Development**: Identify new sales opportunities, follow up on leads and sample requests, and negotiate commercial agreements to achieve sales targets.
- **Reporting**: Regularly report on business activities, identifying threats or opportunities, and implementing improvement plans. Gather market data on prices and competitor behavior.
- **Customer Visits**:Promote and recommend company products to customers within designated markets and regions.
- **Project Coordination**: Manage projects and development work with customers, ensuring all issues are addressed and resolved promptly.
- **Forecasting and Budgeting**:Update sales forecasts and provide annual budgets for the territory or key accounts.
**Requirements**:
- Degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering.
- Minimum 10 years of sales experience, preferably in the personal care industry.
- Minimum 3 years of key account management experience, covering approximately 10 key MNC accounts in Asia.
- Strong commercial/sales acumen, strategic capability, and influencing skills.
