**About the Role**:
For our Regional organization based in Singapore, we are looking for a Talent and Internal Communications Manager, who will report to the Asia Pacific Regional HR Manager (based in Singapore) and to the Group HR Managers for Talent & Internal Communications (based in Luxembourg).
As a Talent manager, you will be the APAC point of reference for Group Talent team and will be responsible for talent management activities like employer branding, deployment of Group training programs (Ferrero University), support management of core HR processes (performance management, onboarding, succession planning,), competencies development for the whole organization according to future business needs. Part of the role is also to develop, deliver and evaluate training and development initiatives in support of Group Human Resources plans.
As an Internal Communications lead for APAC, your role will be responsible for delivering key strategic messages, initiatives and strategies to the Region. Working with key stakeholders, your role will be to inform and engage colleagues with positive and at times, challenging messages, using new and existing platforms. An ideal prospect of this role will have passion for communication and support the business in effectively keeping employees connected.
This is an exciting time to join Ferrero, as we are rapidly growing and expanding our portfolio with new acquisitions. To be successful in this role, you should have experience in a previous similar role, ideally within an FMCG environment.
**Main Responsibilities**:
TALENT MANAGEMENT
- Drive and deliver Group’s guidelines and tools regarding Performance Evaluation, Individual Development Planning, Career Development Framework, Succession Planning, Separation and Coaching and Mentoring
- Accountable for effectiveness of processes, ensure the correct level results, to guarantee Group’s standards (KPIs and Dashboards)
- Budget management
LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT
- Drive L&D strategy for the region, in line with Group’s agenda and guidelines.
- Drive effective and impactful utilization of existing Training platforms and academies.
- Collaborate with Region Board members and senior managers to implement a strong learning culture
TALENT ACQUISITION & EMPLOYER BRANDING
- Deploy Group’s guidelines and digital tools regarding Employer Branding, Social Media, University interface, Talent Acquisition and Onboarding
- Implements Employer Branding plan at region level and establishes a region media plan in agreement with the Group
- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of the processes, ensure the correct level results, to guarantee Ferrero Group’s standards
- Budget management
DIVERSITY & INCLUSION
- Deploy Group’s guidelines and digital tools regarding D&I
- Embed D&I guidelines/ pillar in all HR processes at Local level. Customizations to the local needs can be done
- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of corporate D&I initiatives implemented and prepares reports. Use data and analytics to demonstrate progress, share insight and drive action on D&I
- Work with the leadership to further a more inclusive and supportive environment for underrepresented and all members of the organization.
INTERNAL COMMUNICATION PLAN & ACTIVITIES
- Work collaboratively with senior leaders to identify and respond to changes that impact the business and create of strategic communication plans for colleagues.
- Deploy a wide range of communications skills and knowledge, while providing advice and guidance to stakeholders to deliver complex and sensitive messages, including change projects and crisis communications.
